Cecil's facial structure is a softer version of Pixyteri's, who is mannish looking but a natural woman. I've thought it might be the opposite case with Cecil, that he/she/it is a natal woman with gender issues and possible autoandrophilia (male screenname, male cosplays, androgenous look).
