I think that is the plan. A purge of the PD of those who are not loyal to the regime.

Fill their place with people who will know when to take one for the team. In exchange they look the other way for certain behaviors. The "police are a gang" rhetoric didn't start for no reason.

The long term plan is a nationalized police force. One force, one standard, all controlled by them. Commies love big centralized government.

Do you think they have a choice? You can't work as a public teacher without being in the union and the union regularly strong arms teachers to "protest" for higher pay for this exact reason. Teachers do see a "pay raise" but its just penny's on the dollar while the dollar just conveniently goes missing with the administrators and union officials.

I about shit when I saw how much the administration was being paid.

Teachers were getting $28K/yr and wanted more pay, which since they also handled summer school everyone was... "Oh, OK. Sounds legit." since property tax and other shit had gone up.

Then someone leaked that after the bond the Superintendent himself was making...

The next time they asked for a bond to raise wages everyone refused.

Thing is, Indians have reservations. Yeah, they suck, they're hotbeds of corruption and abuse, but at least they're theirs. If they don't want to deal with whitey or integrate into his society, they don't have to; they have a place specific to them, that they can run as they see fit.

Man, it's almost as if racial tensions can be reduced by allowing races to opt out of interactions, or something.

and I'm not too sure how true this is, and this could just be me reading too many Louis L'amour books, but. in a lot of instances i remember the texas rangers actually working with their counterparts who were actually indians that guarded the border to oklahoma and any white criminals that tried to flee to oklahoma because they thought that they could seek sanctuary within the reservations there would be caught by the Native American equivalent of the Texas Rangers and persecuted there. Or they would drag them back to Texas where they would hang for their crimes.

Agreed,The problem isn't the teachers, it's the parasitic school "administrators" who are a bloated beauracracy that just keeps expanding nonsense jobs and do nothing departments everytime they get any money.

They know if the teachers get the funding they actually need then they won't have "the poor dedicated teachers who spend their own money on supplies to educate the chillins" to bludgeon people with when they demand more taxpayer gibs.

Maybe that is the big overarching goal. But this is a local powergrab. Replace the competent apolitical part of the police force with a bunch of fat lazy TSA-types run through some mickey-mouse "deescalation" course and who act as toothless roving secretaries. Someone mentioned earlier the cop's only duty is to write a report. None of that hands on business. That's the ideal here.

The law then gets selectively applied by their remaining politically loyal goons. If anyone of their protected people does a big bad and it becomes uncomfortable to charge them with a major crime our old buddy "restorative justice" swoops in to assure the punishment is a slap on the wrist.

Enforce what laws you want to whomever displeases you. Ignore what you don't. We had a trial run of this with that whole "sanctuary city" thing. This is the next level.

The nation is led by the elected leaders. Not really. Not any more.

It's the administration that does nothing but punch a time clock and justify their own existence by creating new "Diversity Studies" and "Breakfast Outreach Focus Groups" and shit like that. They suck up the majority of the budgets, make the decisions, and NOBODY ELECTED THEM.

They make positions for their friends, write policy, allocate budgets, and nobody looks at them.

I wonder how much of America's problems could be dealt with if we actually did burn down the bureaucracy.

If you've ever had to work with the VA for anything, you know just how ridiculous it is.
