Her accusations were theatrically strategic almost from the start, and for me that rules out her having no control over the way she composed herself. She was being manipulative the whole time. She doesn't really think they're all socks. That's just an easy way to negate the legitimacy of the "attacks". There's less to it if it's just one person going crazy on you. There's maybe more to it worth looking into if there's multiple people agreeing that she's worth confronting. Crowds lend legitimacy.

Do you know what state Aydin lives in? She claimed she was released from the hospital less than 24hrs after claiming to have swallowed a bottle of pills. This confused me as most states have laws requiring hospitals to hold a patient for at least a day if not several days when said patient attempts suicide. There is no way that a hospital treating an overdose from swallowing a bottle of pills would NOT recognize that as a suicide attempt.
