How on earth does this bizarre creature find the money to fly from continent to continent to get surgery every few months anyway? A gastric bypass is next on the wish list because he’s now over 100kg.

Poor thing, that will probably be the start of a serious phsyical condition (not a mental one, that's even before this phase). I'm sure there's less pronouced ones already. I have sympathy for Alves as body dysmorphia is one hell of a drug.

Alves is a trust fund baby btw, grandparents own popular resorts in spain and such.

While you wonder about the money... I'm sitting here amazed how a human body can undergo so many surgeries of varying degrees of invasiveness and still not give up?

I’ve had to deduct the weight of breast implants when calculating an anorexic patient’s weight before. They’re typically around 1.5 pounds but can easily be double that if they’re larger.

I think veneers are terrible plastic surgery. In my opinion, they should be reserved for someone with terrible teeth due to some sort of strange disorder.

I know two people who had to get veneers due to legitimate teeth issues. With one of them, it honestly looks natural on him. The other guy we joke with and say he has Chicklets
