Not a bad tattoo per se, at least from a technical perspective, but at Walmart today I saw some top-heavy fat women with ratty hair in the usual shorts and spaghetti straps and one of them had a tattoo of a sort of chibi, infantile version of a Ninja Turtle where her neck meets her spine. I think it was Leonardo?

I specifically remember another set of THC-themed tattoos from a bad tattoo tumblr blog (pre SJW era) which were on someone's feet. I can't seem to find them atm though.
Before the ban she made front page during that show, meaning a lot of people were tuning in and tipping big. I don't think it was meant to be arousing, it was basically like a nude horror art show.
