Ehm, yes? How about US court system being as good as it always has been? Look at the rest of IP2, having problems with cops for them is like for Chris having problems with women, yet how many of them are in jail? Just a few. Even before that people were saying "oh, cops don't arrest him, he must be a fed". Ok, how does it work? Do feds have some sort of a secret handshake or "fed ID"? Then again look at the rest of these speds, they get in trouble with cops all the time, but get arrested once in a blue moon.
But ok, maybe I am missing something and Gaped is a fed. Why? He is as useful as any other right-wing sped. He has 0 connections and he cut ties with alt-right multiple times, nobody wants him there. Fuentes has way higher chance of being a fed, because he is one of the most popular right-wingers out there, people would want to be connected to him to get the piece of the pie, He literally doesn't have to do anything, just wait and report to feds. Next date is March 29 a status hearing. Before Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui. Preliminary hearing and speedy trial waived. Next hearing is a status conference.
