Usually the streams are only good at night when everyone else is drunk/high. And that goes for the current IP2 rooster in general. unless they are day drinkers like Stop Speeding, but even with him too his best streams are at night. The only exception was Smooth Sanchez. I would just check IP2 for clips, also check the viewer count for the streams. If baked has like 1,500-2,000+ live viewers, something entertaining is happening. If its less than 1,000 probably its boring. Same goes for the other streamers, if they get 2-3x their normal liveviewers, something KINO is happening.

Probably Baked is playing it safe for now, so it wont be too interesting. Most of the interesting streams are when he is able to exploit the people around him; Sammy, the people of the hood in chicago, homeless crack heads etc.... When he just lacks any sign of situational awareness and just puts himself in the worse situations to bait donos.
Woozuh isnt an interesting streamer aside from being retarded.
Loulz is only a really good streamer when he is drunk and yelling nigger at people, which again only happens at night.
