As expected, fanboys are going crazy with the movie, going crazy in the bad way of course. By "fanboys" I mean old guys judging PG13 cartoons because that's what mature old people do.

Info about the movie
In case someone doesn't knows: Batman and Harley Quinn is an animated movie that follows the steps of Batman the Animated Series in terms of visuals and story, so we're going to see some outdated ideas on this movie and lots of nodding to old stuff.
It was written by Bruce Timm, the original guy behind Batman the Animated Series.
The movie was screened on the 14th of August in just some theaters and by the 29th it will be available in digital and everything.

Now get that popcorn ready because here comes the salt.

Harley has always been sexual in nature even in the original cartoon for kids she made a bunch of sex related comments. So it's no surprise that when it's no longer for kids she will be a step above what happened before.

Besides she's an insane person who in BTAS adopts certain personality traits of people she was currently obsessing over meaning she was a fairly flexible character.

Captain Marvel (Shazam) hasn't been in a solo film, but he was featured in Justice League: War and Justice League: Throne of Atlantis.

Zatanna?

Again, no solo film, but a Justice League Dark film was released earlier this year.
