I will readily admit to wanting to understand how people can hold different opinions than I do, but unfortunately the general internet is not the best place to find willing debate partners.
Even the most innocent opinion can get you branded racist/sexist/x-phobic these days so it is very difficult to have honest discussions online.

I am very interested in psychology myself and would be open to chatting with you about it (and about various other stuff like how and why people hold extreme opinions) via PM on here if you are up for it.

That's okay! I honestly do try to be reasonable. I was only being flippant because I thought only ridiculous people would disagree with my position/the person who holds it is already very widely disliked for a lot of reasons, but I was finding people who are my friends disagreeing with me and I'm like "Oh. Maybe I should pull back."

And perhaps some time! I'm tackling a lot of stuff right now (school, DJ set of original music, film work, actual work), but shoot me a PM if you wish.

What is it with all the furries these days suddenly going “you know I don’t want to be a clout chaser anymore, I want actual friends”?
