I found selling insurance incredibly stressful and miserable.

I say truck driver, if you pick a proper lazyman job. The hours are long, but you do almost nothing if you get a no-touch freight job.

Or if at some point you decide you do have energy, a CDL plus actually working can easily become a 70k per year job.

I don't recommend this if you have a significant other, or like to do leisure activities. But for the truly, deeply lazy, toodling down the highway listening to podcasts 14 hours a day is fairly unobjectionable. I make about 950 a week now and I don't do shiiit and I sleep at home every day.

EDIT: Mind you, that 14 hour workday is for OTR beginners. I work about 10 hours a day, five days a week, and only about 5 or 6 hours of that is driving. Most of the rest is sitting around browsing KF, with zero chance of a boss showing up even if they would care.

If you're going in for security, then you want a night or day security job, and you want to be on-site security for a low traffic area.

Reasons being if you're mall or store security then your going to be spending 50% of your time actually doing things like security work, the other half will be a toss up between loss prevention, wrestling shoplifters and the like, or if the store doesn't have a dedicated loss prevention officer, investigating your own cashiers.

Door security is essentially the same as above, except your spending 12 hours standing and it sucks.

Site security, if it's day time gate security is basically allowing trucks or people into building sites, and buildings. Even better if it's an abandoned building, because aside from patrols at certain times, and actually having to spring into action if shit does go down, 99% of the job is you with your own time. (These are the best if your motivated to do shit with your dead time and get paid for it.)

Alternatively to build up some credentials, if you have a big exhibition centre near you, see what they've got going for build security. It's easy, your basically doing nothing, and you can build up enough experience to get a better job at a better security company.

The ultimate hybrid of these two is to undergo training and become a CCTV operator. They basically get paid to sit their, check the screens occasionally, and make sure no shit goes down. Great money involved, but you can only fuck up majorly once, and then your out.

Also pro-tip depending on where you live, get some sort of qualification and a license, it may cost more but it will put you ahead of everyone else. Also learn your shit, the best (cushiest) jobs are always reserved for the top dogs in an agency or organisation. It requires a bit more work initially, but the pay off is essentially you getting paid to dick around without some supervisor trying to breath down your neck.

Depends on what your definition of work is. For a serious job with tons of profit/possibilities, I'd say any of the internet-related professions. Digital Marketer having an average salary of around 68-75 thousand per year for pretty basic work. Then again, it does require some creativity and a lot of computer work.

Data entry? Pretty simple, you can do it while listening to a podcast or some shit and hourly is usually around 15-20 bucks for the decent ones.

Uber or Lyft is pretty chill. Literally sit on your ass for a few hours and listen to music. I do it occasionally when I am bored and need extra cash for something.
