Also, I keep forgetting to post this but Apex Legends has a pride badge that you can put on your banner so that your whole team can see you're gay when they load into the lobby.
Overwatch also added in a flag player icon, but it's the original flag and it's only called "Rainbow", proving once and for all that it's the superior hero based shooter. What's funny is that I saw Overwatch catch some heat for this on Twitter (surprise surprise), people talking about how it's not "enough" because other games included like 15 different flags and how dare they just call it rainbow, so I guess it shows that yes, there are people out there that really want and care about that new ugly flag getting put on every brand. They think it's "important" and "empowering".
This is literally homos branding themselves with a badge, kind of like a certain German leader used to do, and a concept that was made fun of 15 years ago...
Part of me wants to laugh at how backwards this shit is, but part of me is kinda sad because now when I go into a game and see someone with that badge I'm automatically thinking "great, this guy is probably gonna be more focused on reporting people for toxicity than playing the actual game". I think differently of them straight away when the whole point was to treat them as equal.
