I was saying that I wished there was a recording of the new Facebook dump and my roommate (who is a talented actor) said he'd make one. So I put together a monologue from some related bits from the new Facebook dump and here it is.

I know that performance style is part of the whole "Dramatic Reading" genre, but I never liked it. I like the Audiobook-style reading better where they play it completely straight and let the material speak for itself.

Heh, I liked it! Your friend came off as a cross between Frank Morgan and Gilbert Gottfried and it was pretty amusing.

You could do a compilation of a bunch of the lonely and bored statuses next maybe!

Gilbert kills in every roast he does but that one made me laugh so hard I nearly passed out.

I'd suggest from the May leak, the entire description of the conflicts between Barb and Chris over the transformation into a .
The hair cutting, scared she'll be murdered by him, etc should be awesome presented like this.
Though I think my favorite part of the entire leak was already read here, as represented by the escape through the parking lot, like a cross dressing send up of the parking lot scene in Jackie Brown as I imagine it going down.
(ETA 'Nice guy syndrome' makes me think: You are a better conversationalist than even Siri (who, if I understand it correctly, is pretty good at being one if you happen to wear a ).

Okay, I can't believe (or maybe I'm just stunned with delight) that someone (Golly) got to the Frank Morgan reference before I did! Well done! All I could think of was a very drunk Frank Morgan in his Professor Marvel frock coat waving around a bunch of leaflets telling everyone that the Game Place is the breeding ground for trolls. But then again, I think Frank Morgan was always very drunk. This would be in sepia tones and the leaflets would be sort of Steampunk style with a Jules Verne-like rendering of a pokeball on them, when Chris reached CWCville it would all be in color.

But seriously, I got to "the hell I wasn't or why would that son of a bitch be chasing me" and I fucking lost it. Bravo! I think I just woke up my neighbors.
