Whats the best BBQ smoker?

I have a hundred buck char broil that has worked really well for 2 years now. We smoke Chicken, sausage, pulled pork, basically anything and it always comes out great. I would love to spend 400-700 on a new one though.

Pellet is the way to go. Got one this past Summer after using one at my buddy's place. They're phenomenal.
