Beware! Children at Play - Unbearably stupid movie with the best ending in cinema history.

Beware! Children at Play is an utterly bizarre and stupidly funny film nearly forgotten by time. The dialogue is terrible, cinematography terrible, writing, acting, everything is awful.

Except for the very end.

The plot is convoluted. A Goosebumps clone writer and his family go to a small rural town and investigate children disappearing, only for them to return as cannibals. I recommend this film solely for its ending, as even the most straight faced motherfucker on the planet could not help but burst into obscene laughter or, like the audience at its first showing did, walk away in utter disgust.

It's their movie (or they have the forever film rights or whatever like cannibal the musical). you can get a bluray too.

That ending though, you'd figure the other adults would have realized the writer was one of them and spared him. But nope! He has to die with the kids.

it also amazes me how these newly-made canibal kids don't even try to bite into an arm or leg of one of the adults.
