Well, for starters. I feel like if there was a hands-off approach to people or an unbaised one. If you look at how most imageboards are ran, alot of it is handsoff or hidden workings.

Some type of set of protection or barrier for both cows and users that staff and the Owners will not interact or interfere so much into where and what is posted. What I mean is, staff only use accounts dedicated ro monitoring or cleaning up things more, and if they want to interact in threads or users to do it on there own personal account, therefore itll give some type of unbiased or unnecessary slapfight that will happen overtime. I tested on multiple accounts the difference in interaction with a verified tag and non-verified to look into whether or not bias is involved and sure enough, it usually is.

Null and staff here make it clear that they will never compromise for anyone on providing information on users unless the staff deems the user a targer due to the users standards or lolcow behavior. I think this is in poor taste as it seems hypocritical to do so, i i think halals should be post only on accounts not associated with staff or ownership.

Provide context that it is not personal or biased at times as well.

Thats just afew things ive seen. Though, I doubt my input matters as staff are already biased to my opinion so i could be pissing in the wind

Sometimes staff will make the halal threads. I think it just opens the door to shit that could be avoided is all in saying. I just think a sort of Checks and Balances should exist abit as a buffer and staff members mod accounts are only to be used to do duties and all interaction and engagement in content on the site should be done in a seperate personal account disconnected from mod duties. Those accounts should also agree never to out themselves as staff either, that is the same rule Janitors on chan boards have to follow as well. Itll just mean less slapfights and more unbiased behaviors imo. Again, thats just my views on it is all. Doesnt mean its what you should do.

i made 2 halal threads. one we didnt even know was halal for certain until after the fact. the guy even acknowledged he was a lolcow. the other was on a guy with a massive history of obsessively harassing chris. what other halal threads have staff made.

Well, a community admin just overviews any and all of what staff does and makes sure they arent doing removing or banning or interacting with users/cows/threads in a way that shows they have a reason to do so other then there duty I guess? Also, if someone breaks rules or is getting reported, they should be given a fair trial to explain why they did it or did not do it to the Community admin, not the moderator who did the banning and allow both sides of the story be heard. Not just one. Assume innocent before guilty type stuff.

Usually most users or cows get actions taken without any notice or explaination as to why. Prime example was I found out recently I cant start conversations with anyone. I have no idea how or when or why that happened. It just did.

Sometimes things are purged and the reasons are vague or an insult rather then a simple "broke rule X use TTS for appeal".
