Usually, when discussion of older lolcows ends or otherwise dies down it's because they leave the Internet, but some quick Google-Fu led me to the pleasant discovery that Billoon is still quite active online.
This was uploaded earlier this year. He hasn't changed the slightest bit.
I kinda want to see him and @ILoveMylarBalloons meet up. They'd be mortal enemies!

he made me a rude comment back in 2010 on youtube after he saw a anti latex video from me and I saw some of his videos but I did not take him too serious theres people out there I hate WAY more than this old latex lover...

. I'd forgotten all about old Bill. Thought he'd pretty much vanished after losing his janitor gig a while back. It was an experience getting caught up with him again.
Bill's a weird dude, but he's super optimistic despite how shitty his situation always seems to be, which is almost endearing. He's diabetic, but doesn't test his blood sugar since he lost his test strips in the mess that is his room. He also had a stroke last year (maybe two) and his insurance situation apparently has gotten to the point where he can't afford to be on medication anymore. His family also seems to be drifting apart, as he always looked forward to their annual gatherings but they've all been cancelled recently. He was also involved with a woman, evidently, whom I theorize he met on Second Life, but shes no longer returning his calls and emails. Still, he's all smiles and optimism as always.

Sorry to double post but me neither! I felt dumb. Back when I first came across him I always thought he was white, but his lightning seems different now and he looks black. He has a video recently talking about a production he did at his church for Black History Month and he lives in a part of Illinois that is 95% African American, so I'm pretty sure he's black now.

There's just something really endearing about them. Also he looks kind of like Tobias Funke.
Yeah, looking back on it his status as a lolcow is arguable at best. When his videos became viral, a lot of people laugh(ed) at him either because of his fetish or his somewhat unkempt appearance (and his issues working in schools), but I don't recall him having any crazy outbursts (either on camera or via text).
