birthrates - and how do we improve it?

both in the west and the east, the birthrate are getting worse. marriages are in a overall decline and divorces are at a all time high. as more people care only for material things, replacing children with pets and the trust between men and women are worsens, what can we do, as a people to maybe not stop the decline, but slow it down enough so the next generation dont suffer the economic fallout?

(schizoid theory)
in maybe 2-3 generations, people with certain gens, race or IQ will be forced into breeding camps against their will to preserve their bloodline. we already see nations encourage people to have big families by giving them handouts or benefits but the problem will be so big, a selected few will have no choice but too breed or have their DNA/seed taken against their will.

another is artificial wombs will be made but that idea seems too sci-fie and anti-human that i doubt it will ever happen.

PS, if some mod could move this thread into deep thoughts beacuse im an idiot, it would be most appreciated.

In an age dominated by declining birthrates no one is an expert on improving birthrates.

I've talked about this before, but, in short: the birthrates will eventually start to rise again because the people who have children tend to have more children. The single mother has 2 children, those children are likely going to have 2 children, maybe 1, also. But the breeder has 6 children, and those children will have 6 children of their own. It simply is inevitable that the birthrates rise

That's stupid, why?
1) the government does not care about the birth rates (or the overall health of society, for that matter)
2) if they did, they would just bring in even more immigrants, not increase native birth rates
3) even if they didn't, what would happen is that the conservative people would take over

The Amish average something like 9 kids/family. If you start with 10,000 Amish, in 3 generations you will have 7,290,000. Even if the remaining 7 billion people of the world were all godless atheists, the Amish would sort out the problem.
