a nice strength exercise for face and teeth is to bite empty glass and try to break it. most todays glass cant be broken its too strong but buying cheap glass from chinese stores or so you can break them. you however must watch out to not bleed to much or not bleed at all. bite glass and then spit out. it must not be filled with anything because you will spill it on yourself. are any of you doing this and what do you think about it. i think it can be very efficient if done right.
