Which is a bit strange. It means their past week's new donors gave an avg of $28, while the first 35 donors gave an avg of $1876. It's very likely they seeded their own fundraisers with fake donations to get the ball rolling. They may actually have far less profit than they make out ,which is why they couldn't purchase the land.
