PL: I went to college in CO and I lived there a few years besides that. Before pot was legalized, they mostly just had hippies that stayed in Boulder and everyone was content. Soon as they legalized, everything went to shit. Denver is now one of the most expensive cities in the nation to live in, traffic accidents have skyrocketed, crime in urban areas have gone up, a bunch of Californians moved in. Pretty much all the worst things.
Yep and now you've got legalized Magic Mushrooms too. Just a giant invite for all the crazies at this point.
It sucks because Colorado is a gorgeous State, I would have loved to stay and raise a family there, but it's going to shit and I don't want my children to be around potheads, druggies, and troons. It's going to turn into another California just like Arizona slowly is.

In the latest Oh My Gazi, queen dipshit claims that his "reparations corps" brought in $3,000 last week. If that's even close to the truth, my mind is blown.
I've seen some people jump on this thinking its going to be CHAZ 2.0 personally I think that's a load of shit. The main reason CHAZ was able to last as long as it did was because they still had amenities available inside a major city. They had water, they had electricity, we've all seen the clips of them getting food delivered. Call me a pessimist but I doubt even the most adventurous of Uber Eats deliverymen is gonna trek to the top of a fucking mountain in Colorado to deliver pizza to a bunch of clearly unhinged extremists.
Instead they'll just ask for donation money, then go on supply runs where they buy a load of food from the nearest capitalist supermarket, then bring it back to their camp and take pics to show how happy and thriving they are. It'll be all fun and games till, as someone said earlier in the thread, winter comes at which point they're fucked. No proper buildings, no insulation, no heating, no wind protection, on a dusty rock thats 10,000 feet above sea level, I would not be surprised in the least if there's at least one exposure casualty.
