Show just came out today and wanted to make a thread about it cuz I’m really excited about this anime.mostly cuz I want to see how the castlevania guys can do a super violent show like castlevania without the writing of Warren Ellis the trailer intrigued me and got me excited since I’m a total geek of Greek mythology we will see how this show pans out in the coming weeks. .

after watching the first 5 episodes i can say this: it feels all over the place. too much is going on and pulling focus too much from the main chracter. there are too many sub plots and it could use some stricter focus. other than that it feels epic, the action if as brutal as ever and the action is some of the best the west has to offer. i just wish it picked a lane on who they want to focus on.
