When Barb kicks the bucket, which is inevitable, will chris get the keys to Bob's filing cabinet? Because according to [cwc]Autism papers[/cwc] the original Autism papers are in the cabinet; also his report cards may be in there as well.
On an unrelated note why does everyone say Chris is going to get evicted when Barb dies, i'm sure he's smart enough to at least put his bills on Autopay from his tugboat that he receives. (Presumably in his bank account.)

Another thing to consider is; even if he submits a ticket and check on time, or has auto-pay set up, it's moot if there aren't sufficient funds in the bank account.

From what we can gather, he lives month to month on his SSDI. He hasn't ever saved much money, except for toys, so larger-scale budgeting may be difficult for him to grasp without some help. Frankly, I don't think Barb's a good role model for anything, so I have a suspicion this could be a problem - especially if any big expenses pop up like medical bills, home repairs, auto repairs, court fines, legal fees, DAMN DIRTY JEWS, etc. Even if he only misses a payment here and there, penalties and interest can really pile up fast.

Impulse control is another problem. Chris could buy himself a PS4 and a bunch of games on a Monday, and not even consider something might be due on a Tueseday, because fuck Tuesday. Tuesday isn't now, and Chris always seems to only concern himself with now. Tomorrow will magically take care of itself. He's the hero of the internal narrative he lives in, and it's destined that he'll win "when he grows up."

I think Barb's having things paid through his account. We're not sure how much Barb is involved with that, but I think that, at the very least, Chris is getting information on the bill situation. He said he was going through Bob's finance records.

Though, Barb is using money as an excuse, at the very least to keep hoarding Chris. So maybe she is involved.

I'm not so terribly worried about Chris fucking up and not having the money to pay his bills. I think bills are too concrete an issue for Chris to be able to bullshit himself about. Chris knows that no matter how much he tries, he can't bullshit his PS3 into working without electricity, for example.
