Apparently the altercation started before the video begins and she claims he called her a bitch because she joked about his dreads. Also, she claims he touched her first. But she clearly grabs for the camera at the end of the video, so I'm inclined to believe she initiated aggression. Also, I doubt she was underage, she could have done it at 18 and only a couple of scenes.

It really depends on what transpired before the video began. Hopefully some witnesses can be located to give a better picture of what went down. The person who shot the video obviously saw and heard things that he felt needed to be recorded for objectivity, and you can clearly hear him saying "it's for safety" when Bonita asks him why he's recording. Furthermore, she grabs at the camera, which, regardless of what happened with the dude with the dreads, is technically assault. She's in a public place, she has no expectation of privacy, he had every right to record her, and the cameraman could press charges against her as well if he wanted to.

Now, even if she is charged, it'll probably be misdemeanor assault if that, or something really minor like disorderly conduct, she probably won't see any jail time. The guy is clearly not hurt, but she shouldn't have touched him. She really had no business giving him shit for his dreads, because last I checked, it's a free country.
