Why was did it take so long to issue a charge? It's been over 6 months. Did they not try to contact him and serve the warrant? Why did he only find out today? It was issued days ago. Would he have known or said anything at all if no one posted about it here?

According to the site it was issued on the 7th. I'm thinking we really were the first people to notice because he admitted shortly after we noticed.

Here's the Reddit thread where this information was originally posted. Shout out to @Fatty2988 for that info. Boogie has been planning and talking about this trip he's on for months now, I think there could be some credibility behind the theory that the timing was maybe intentional. Who hypes up a "vacation" to Branson, MO to go for a Halloween convention in May? Although...it is Boogie we're talking about.
The best part about this is how cool, unaffected, and aloof he's been about this ordeal the entire time. He's constantly bringing up Frank, taunting him, lying about what happened (+ what was filmed), etc. even against the wishes of his lawyer. He's tried so hard to play the role of this hero who defended the lives of his roommate and random HVAC repairman, even going so far as saying he wish he killed Frank to save the random grocery shoppers he's gone on to hassle lmao. He's on recording saying he'd take pleasure in killing Frank, and repeating himself like 12x.
Boogie's lack of criminal history will certainly act in his favor, but the fact that it's a Class D state felony will not. Neither will the fact that the encounter was recorded, Boogie could have just locked the door/called the cops, and that Boogie's also recorded saying he'll take pleasure in killing Frank. I imagine the DA's office has been busy and this case wasn't a priority which is why it took so long for the warrant to be issued, but Boogie is addicted to the internet so they have entire archives worth of self incrimination to work with. Good going, Boogs.

The warrant was posted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, not his local city of Fayetteville. I think he'll be going to county jail where he'll be processed, depending on what time he turns himself in he may or may not be booked for a night. County jails are notoriously slow and hire the most retarded people you've ever met. It took 14 hours to bond my buddy out for a DUI, but it's also possible he could be out in 4-6~. Chad or whoever will hit up a local bondsmen who will then take a 10% cut of Boogie's $5,000 bond to post his bail.

This is a problem for him because Boogie doesn't legally own a gun. He discharged someone else's weapon when he is not legally allowed to do so.
He'll fit, the real problem is getting him inside the building in the first place.
Considering how awful Boogie's mental health is, what are the odds he suicides by cop when they show up to serve the warrant?
