Interesting about the back thing. I was looking closely at that photo because it almost looks like he has a ballistic vest under his shirt. Or more realistically, some type of back brace, and I wondered why since he’s on a bed. I know he has no muscle tone and I remember his head flopping around like a dead fish and mom excusing it while trying to hold him straight. I didn’t realize they were using things to prop him up.

It’s clear he’s not only steroid fat but he’s got something wrapped around his chest. I wonder if that is to protect his neck when he has to be moved. Or to make it easier to move him-a fat dead weight five year old (even a small one) might be getting heavy for just the mom.

I also am curious if she’s still under the impression that Jaxon really said I Love You and hit milestones as she told everybody? She has to know that the most generous interpretation of her saying those things is that she was deluded, and the worst is that she’s a grifter.

If she was under some hormonal, delusional new mom, “my kid will beat this brainless thing” she’s certainly knows how wrong she was. I’d like to see her do an interview and at least admit it.

Similar, but Decerebrate is a posture that indicates damage to the brain stem. Toes are pointed, arms are near the sides, wrists flexed. Decorticate posturing has feet crossed outwards, arms held by chest, and indicates damage to nerves in midbrain. You can find visuals on YouTube. Neither are what we see in Jaxon, who apparently doesn’t even have a midbrain. Opisthotones is muscle spasms where the head is thrown back, body is rigid and heels can touch the floor. It’s caused by certain diseases (like meningitis) but I don’t know about brain trauma or lack of functioning brain. . Jaxon always seemed too floppy to me to be posturing but things could have changed. I thought he was put in vests and things because he had no muscle tone at all.

I cannot find anything about the following post that leads me to believe that it is fake.....The one thing that is bothering me is the fact that just months after Brittany had a normal kid, I cant help but to think that in her mind shes saying just get rid of the fucking nuisance once and for all because I have something better now. Jaxon never wanted to live anyway, his dumb ass fucking parents forced him to endure 6 years of constant torture, and they should be put in jail for the fucked up things they did to it the entire time. The real kicker to end the little shits life is that of ALL the fucked up things it had to endure, as if its luck couldn't have been worse than it already is, now its going to have to be tossed in the ground with nobody else but the gravedigger due to the corona virus. Maybe the grave digger will secretly steal the corpse and keep it in a jar of formaldehyde in his basement, wouldn't that be a sight to behold eh? But anyway, ill say a preemptive RIP to the legendary Creature known as Jaxon Strong and I wish I could put a cookie and some ice cream in its casket.

Where I live they have to beg and pay people to donate blood and this is during the best of times, long before a worldwide crisis.

It is insanity that such a precious resource was wasted on a being with basically no brain.

Brittany's new husband/boyfriend who is the father of the new baby isn't a fundie holy roller like Brittany and Brandon so he has been a rational presence in her life.

This sounds horrible but Brittany brought a healthy second child in the world who won't have to be in the position Cal Hartley was . Donor blood that is needed for sentient people with treatable conditions will not be misused on a child who never should have been brought into the world to begin with.

Anyone who has watched the videos of Jaxon can see he had a miserable existence that was completely avoidable.

I’m very glad she’s doing the right thing. It makes me think that early on she just went a little crazy with grief, hope, money and media attention, which can make anybody nuts. Once she lived with the reality for a while and realized her son really was not speaking, learning, or doing anything but seizing, she pulled back and went for privacy.

Which was something Gwen was never able to do. You just know Gwen would have insisted on a port for venus access and demanded the transfusions. Those things might have bought a few extra months, but for what? Her not having to face the inevitable is all. And of course, taken necessary blood products better used elsewhere.

So however nuts Brittany was at the beginning, at least she snapped out of it. Grief and hope is a bad combination but most people eventually come to their senses and suffer through doing the right thing. It’s people like Gwen Hartley and Mama Nails who will never do what is best for their kids, and keep insisting that a tragic happening is some sort of miracle.

May Jaxon’s passing be easy.

Well at least his sister has a chance to grow up normally now. Well as normal as she can be with that mother. She won't get the Cal Hartley treatment. A perfectly normal child in the shadow of a brainless mutant.

Now that he is gone if Jaxon felt any sort if pain and discomfort it's mercifully over.

I'd be glad that he was free from his flesh prison, but he was never conscious in the first place.

So did he feel pain? Probably, but the signals just hit a rudimentary thalamus and then bounced to nowhere. No sensation was ever interpreted as anything. This is also why any stimulation just causes seizures - every signal was a dead-end. Note: He is not a true case of anencephaly as an extremely small and malformed portion of the undeveloped mid brain were present.

Truly, a kinder fate than the hooligans, who likely felt pain and got no relief for more than a decade of muscle contractures.
