Brandon is all about damage control. Outside his domain there is little he can do which is why he bailed so quickly on trying anything here.

I could go on about Hottieman for hours. For 1-2 years he constantly begged and begged for me to draw his awful female characters, from requests to trades to commissions and every time I told him no, he would get more blunt and angry about it. Usually it was his torterra characters (which anatomically, aesthetically, and shell-wise, made absolutely no sense) and he'd even make journals about it too. Never had even drawn a female character, let alone an anthromorphic one that looked like a pasted head on a heavily-Photoshopped body. Back then I didn't bother to block people like that, but he was the breaking point with his constant messaging and shout-spams. I had him on Skype too because he practically forced it onto me, after a few messages I removed/blocked him and then he got all sorts of butthurt. It was at that point that I started to block anybody like hottieman. hottieman made nidogatr look like Tendo, and Tendo look like DanielHeroX. Very, very defensive person.
You should totally show us some logs.
Share what records you can about your experiences with him. It helps when everyone shares their experiences

In the old days when hottieman was still on relatively good terms with my circle of friends, there would be times when he showed remorse for his actions, but whenever I tried to tell him what he would need to do to fix the damage he had caused he would either get pissy at me over some detail or inevitably lapse back into his old behavior after a short period of time. The optimistic side of me would like to believe that on some level he's aware that he's doing wrong, but the fact of the matter is that he doesn't really have any interest in actually improving, he just wants to feel better about himself, so he posts these journals about how he's feeling bad, begging for pity from his followers.
There were a number of times in the past when he would try to offer "comfort" for things in a very banal manner, usually boiling down to "Ignore the bad and you'll feel better!"
I will not deny that he meant well at the time, but it typically comes across as grossly oversimplifying the issue, and I have to suspect that that's the same treatment he wants to get from others, to just overlook what's wrong as if that makes the problem disappear.
Also ftr on a tangential note I remember him saying once that he doesn't understand why married couples ever get divorced when they can just get over their problems with each other. I think it speaks a lot as to how he views acquaintances who get angry with him.
Doesn't really come as that much of a surprise, again I reiterate that not too long ago he'd already taken old art I'd gotten without permission from either myself or the artist - and then compounded upon it with a claim that the artist had said it would be okay as long as I was credited for it when no such communication occurred.
I might have thought it could just be a matter of Max O Zuma making amends with hottieman, it wouldn't be the first time someone recanted on cutting ties with him, especially given he had deleted his journal about this situation, but upon looking at hottieman's page again I see that that image and a large swathe of others seem to have been removed, I can only imagine all of the ones that involved Max' characters. I would guess it was done by an admin because I don't see hottieman agreeing to doing this and not already having a big fit over it.
Admins took down Max's journal. then proceeded to take down his gallery from Brandon's. which either way is a good thing, at least they did something about the tism.
