Actually it might, it's being produced by an American group who filmed most of this up in British Columbia so you can bet a Netflix stream or a crappy DVD release is in the works here. Eric Bauza is said to be the English voice for Woody here.

I remember that too, I guess Universal dicked with him over that one.
Apparently they saw no use in them for what is basically another retread of what we've seen in recent years with films like Yogi Bear, Alvin & The Chipmunks or the two Smurf films.

Honestly, I like the way Woody is animated. I was never a big fan of the cartoon but it's nice to see a faithful recreation of a nostalgic character for once.
Everything else about the trailer is shit though.
Chilly Willy's not in it? Then it doesn't deserve a viewing.
