Wu's only call to fame as an indie dev is a shitty low-poly bugged bimbo fetishising game that was released and finished long after it's deadline was given to crowd funders. This contrasts to Positech Games, an established business from 1997 on whose creator and owner lacks a check mark but is still more well known for positive reasons.

Likewise, the latter donates to charity and does community work to give back without looking for profit. Wu whipped up a campaign for office and then spent all the bucks on a stupid P2P game. And bragged about it.

Thing is, major publishers can't really say anything like "Fuck off you worthless piece of shit" because of PR. That's actually the reason most prominent SJWs stick to attacking them, because it's effectively shouting at a brick wall as a way to signal your virtue. At worst nothing happens and you can claim the wall is bigoted for ignoring you, at best maybe a brick falls out and you take personal credit for it.

The problem here is that Wu made the mistake of shouting at people, and not walls, and people who aren't beholden to big company PR departments have a tendency to shout back.

John Flynt isn't a game developer, he's a complete failure of a human being. His game has had 10 concurrent players 9 out of 10 were to mock it and one for maybe John playing it himself. He knows nothing about tech at all. It's kind of insulting to everyone who works in that field is that he is taken seriously at all.

Unity asset flip games have pushed more copies than his game ever will, yet he is considered a 'voice' in the field. It's really fucking pathetic.
