As one of the "Blacks with higher IQs," I agree with this to an extent. There is a hive mind in the Black community, just as there is a hive mind in the Chinese community. The difference is that the Chinese hive mind leads to success of individuals and/or the race as a whole, while the Black hive mind is largely self-destructive.

There are other variables to consider as well, such as the common lack of acknowledgement of Black individuality from other races. Experience has also shown that going "full c00n kissass" to Whites and other races isn't beneficial and will never gain acceptance. The Black person that rejects many of the negative hive mind aspects of his race is a fish out of water, doomed to isolation.

People who can't formulate an argument and just wobble their chins disapprovingly and click a negative rating button are pissy little faggots. If you neg rate a post and don't post a rebuttal then I know I can safely ignore everything that comes from that person thereafter, ergo I think they should stay gone.

There are some things that don't need to be elaborated on though. If someone makes an ADK-esque post in deep thoughts I'd much rather have autistic ratings for it compared to having to wade through response posts that all boil down to "you're being autistic." Nobody is going to have a response with actual substance to that kind of stuff because putting effort into a post calling someone a sperg is stupid, so why not just cut down on the meaningless responses by giving people a rating to quickly share their opinion and move on? Likewise, if someone makes a statement on an issue that people think is unrealistic I don't want to read through a bunch of posts that basically just say "that won't happen." Having the optimistic rating would reduce those opinion posts that aren't adding anything substantial to the conversation. The same goes for late, off-topic, and powerlevel. They all give people a venue to share their opinion on a post that would just cause annoying and unnecessary clutter if they had to respond in the form of a post themselves.
Yeah, there are probably a few people here who would use the ratings as an excuse to avoid an actual debate, but I doubt those people would suddenly start debating just because they can't rate you optimistic anymore, so what's the point in getting rid of it? As far as I can tell the people posting and arguing in the subforums are pretty much the same, so if there is any difference I sure as hell haven't noticed.
Besides, it's not like the mods have actually stopped people from rating posts they dislike without responding. The subforums still have the dislike and disagree ratings, so you can just rate any post you think is stupid one of those two and move on. I'd understand if the mods just got rid of the dumb and Islamic Content ratings since they're kind of redundant with all the ratings we already have available, but aside from that all getting rid of ratings has done that I can see is unnecessarily limit our options for giving thoughts on posts without bloating up threads more than they need to.

There is already the disagree and thumbs down for a neutral rating, how is optimistic and autistic worse than those?
