Obvious to all and sundry he was not at all interested in places that will wax his bits, deliberately targeting those that don't as proven over and over again.

He was still on the prowl just after BCHRT finished and the judgment still unknown - he must have felt super confident at winning and this was just to be another pocket of $$$.

Seems jonny is being selective in showing his conversation as according to the JCCF article:

Yes, he's only targeting forruns again. Yes, he only did it because he wanted to take it to tribunal, and having lost the last case he wants to punch everyone in the face metaphorically and win his right to make people wax him somewhere. And not, he doesn't actually want his legs or any other part of his anatomy waxing (he could do it himself at home if he was that desperate, ffs), he just wants to cause trouble. And this is an easy way to get another hit of being everyone's most hated fat pedo in a dress.

As Ronan Ogre pointed out, the legal case about waxing troons is one they want to push in Canada. This is a new try at eating away the protections businesses have from weirdo litigious perverts like JY. If he can get the court to rule in his favour about leg waxing, he can demand as many forrun women wax his legs as he likes, whether or not they say they only do real women, their husbands won't let them, or it's against their religion. And I have no doubt that if he wins this case he'll do exactly that - not because he wants his legs waxing (oh, he'll ask for arms and chest and butt too, I'm sure) but because he gets off on making people deal with him with a fake smile, knowing they're incredibly uncomfortable with it.

Slight powerlevel here, but I live in São Paulo, Brazil, and you know, Brazilian wax. Here it is very popular and effective, and even men do it sometimes. Hurts as fuck, having your balls waxed, but they like the result, so it's popular.

Finding a bonafide male waxing salon is not lucrative for jonathan yaniv. If he can't sue or threaten to sue he isn't interested.

IIRC, if there's a refusal or inability to pay the fines, it can be ruled as criminal contempt, which carries a potential of jail time or community service. I remember when Jordan Peterson was warning that the unaccountable tribunals were going to get abused by gold-diggers, and he was told he was wrong.

They can still dismiss his complaint, even if they'd ordinarily find in his favor, if they think it's been brought will ill-intent. Such is my understanding, anyway. I disagree. He'll lose this case for the same reason he lost the case about the arm waxing before (one of the previous cases was just for arm waxing). He's doing this because of his hatred for brown women. The evidence of this is overwhelming. He's saying that they are denying him because of transphobia which isn't true. They are denying him because the women who work at the salon are sikh and are not able to touch a man (even if he calls himself a women) other than their husbands or sons. I live in Surrey and the area that this salon is in is the same area that he tweeted about wanting the cops to come and start deporting people. This area is a good 30 min drive from Yaniv's home and at least an hour by bus. We have dozen's and dozen's of salons in Yaniv's area that offer competitive pricing for a leg wax. This is clearly Yaniv targeting women of colour in a predatory way. He'll lose and hopefully lose big. I hope the fine for this one will be in the 1000's

Are there any lawyers in this group from Canada? Does anyone know if you have a right to deny service to someone if you just don't like them? Yaniv is a proven racist, an alleged pedophile and, clearly, a predator. Do people that own businesses (any business) have a right to just say no, I won't serve you?

Devyn's ruling seemed very open to the idea that Jonathan should be able to demand a waxing, just not for his genitals. Devyn will definitely remember the stuff from the previous cases, and JCCF will make an issue out of it even if she doesn't remember it all - but does that actually matter this time around? He's already been punished for that stuff. I think he stands a good chance of winning here if he did it this time without the lying, catfishing, calling peoples' employers and saying stupid shit in facebook chats.

We can already see that he learned his lesson regarding the optics of filing a dozen complaints at once. I guess we'll see what other lessons he learned about the process soon enough.
