It’s all he wants, power over Women and force them to interact with him like he’s a woman.

He thinks that women all act like a lesbian porno flick behind closed doors. the way he talks about going into the girls bathroom and what to if not only he sees an underaged girl crotch but what to do if he can see her tampon.

He has this weird idea about the way women interact with each other, it might be sexual or some deeper issue with him but all he wants is women to be in intimately close settings behind closed doors. Even better if they have touch some part of his body.

Exactly. He has had waxes - he's left a comment on a salon site about one and tweeted about others - but he's not polling these women on Facebook because he wants them to wax him.

He wants to build complaints against them to get what was initially (pre-JCCF) easy settlement money. He's probably contacted dozens more who one way or another escaped his trap - maybe just by not responding to him at all.

This October complaint that's hit the news now may have been a kind of retaliation against Cousineau who had yet to rule at that time but who had put poor ickle Jessie through those dwedful hearings and questioned his approach to "activism."

He said at the time that he had more complaints ready to file - BCHRT had told him to stop filing until it made a decision on the 16 or so he'd already filed. This October one seems to be an "OK, bitch, I'll do it your way. Now give me money for my trauma" move.

He also said he was adding facials to his activism portfolio because a place at a mall had been willing to set an appointment with Miriam for a facial but not with him and that was emotionally devastating. Salons of all kinds need to beware of his tactics.

The problem with this is the troon lobby will purposefully ship troons into the area to get waxed and build the case. TBH while the insanity continues, salons in the area should jointly hire one man willing to touch troons (I mean, sanitation workers exist - at least he won't have to risk getting killed by sewer gas), pay him a salary as a kind of insurance, and have him field all requests from troons. Have a whisper network background check system (easy to do for immigrant communities).

TL;DR establish a secret society to protect yourselves from government-mandated sexual assault.

That's another crazy thing about this -- he's not going to get rich dragging people in front of the BCHRT. That's just not how it works. However you feel about the BCHRT or Yaniv's claims in particular, it's not gonna set you up for life. He's not out-of-pocket for anything (like, the BCHRT can't order a refund or compensation for lost wages or anything). And they don't always award emotional distress damages (or whatever) but when they do, it's usually under $10k. It's never gone above $75k, and that wasn't anything like the ball waxing fiasco -- and that's still not set-for-life levels of cash. Maybe he got a few grand here and there from a "settlement," but it's just not a lucrative pastime, especially now that the JCCF is involved.

It's just another power trip from the guy who wants to bully brown women and exploit pubescent girls.

I'm not so sure about that, after a Syrian guy had a job offer that was dependent on his ability to legally work in Canada retracted because he wasn't legally able to work in Canada, went to the Ontario Human Rights Board, and got awarded $120k. I don't expect consistency from Jonny. But yes, "genderfluid" male workers with the sole duty of waxing/massaging/do pedicure on troons would probably solve the issue.
