I decided to refresh his memory in his thread.

TL;DR. The Picture was a 19 year old softcore from motherless.com and it was 1 photo on his browser that was counted 3 times, the 3rd count of the same photo was thrown out because his kawyer pointed out how that wasnt correct within the first month. My fathers attorney wanted to pursue it because he believed he could win. My father was afraid and the DA didnt want it to go to court because of what his attorney stated he had for expert witnesses and other stuff. So on the day of deposition, we went to the courthouse only for the DA to call counsel before it started and offer a plea deal instead which was this Child Abuse shit. It gave him the "opportunity" to not get on a watch list and just get probation. His lawyer and me and my mother said fight it. He decided he was too scared of losing and took it.

I love my father. He never has ever done anything to me or any child in my entire life of being his son. Not once.

This entire thing was a young DA chick looking for a re-election. At one point we all considered starting a gofundme to get morgan and morgan for all this.

Its a low point in our family for sure but, he gets off probation probably in a few years and has a psychiatrist/programs hes doing to keep his entire situation on hand.


Its a hard thing to swallow coming home to find your dad trying to kill himself the day this happened. I do not wish this on anybody, not even you Josh.

I would also request if nobody can please not harass or stalker my parents. Make fun of me and fuck with me if I have too but leave them out of this. Its just cruel and wrong to do something they have no bearing or fight in anything.

@zedkissed60 if this was some way to get me to go away, it wont work but I hope that you can not put any information on where my parents are at now or contact info. They are very sick but quiet people that keep to themselves and do not need that kind of harassment or attention.
