It's inside the realm of possibility that someone have prank called Bryan at some point in time. But that has probably never been harassment or with any menace. A normal person would probably not cry on the internet if some characters like boon, and J.ross (not sure if they have done this, just an example) have pranked called him. The thing about a dox on this site is that it's a public site and we can only very rarely know why one appears or who ends up using it for anything.
Ironically, Bryan himself was party to posting dox on this site to cover for the actual doxers and intended use of the dox at one point, so I'd think he'd understand this if he was more his normal self at the moment
