Has the ARIN ever revoked IP addresses / ASNs for something like this? Is that even a thing the ARIN has policies to do? Would that be an antitrust issue?

If an RIR revoked an IP allocation over an outrage mob it would be a first and it would be a fucking horrific development for the entire Internet.

AFAIK they treat assignments like property, meaning removing one requires a court order. Troons mass emailing them will just get ignored.

They had IRL friends in Japan. So their friends will prolly check Byuu's house and stuff like that. We will know if they are alive in a few hours or a few days, depending on how much the friends want to wait to release the news, or how much time will take if the news leak.
