2) Do not order food in or eat out (saves you money too)
3) Figure out your Maintenance Calories
4) 500 Calories under your Maintenance Calories per day will make you lose 1 lb per week (3500 Calories = 1 lb) (You can do much more if you're grossly overweight)
5) Normal people can usually guesstimate how much they eat calories wise in a day and be fine, you're a fat fuck so measure that shit out because I guarantee you underestimate how much you eat.
6) If you incorporate exercise to reach that calorie deficit always ALWAYS underestimate how much you burn exercising, your lard ass isn't burning 1000 calories waddling down the street.
