I Have Collapse Signatures Disabled but i Cannot See Signatures Still, Can Anyone help me with this?

I Was asking this because i had my own signature Made, and when i set it i was Curious as to why i could only see a Few Signatures.

@BSV has a visible one for some reason.

User signatures are only visible directly on someone's profile or within the Inner Circle forum. BSV has an always visible signature consisting of suicide hotline numbers because Null did something fucky to his account as a joke.

Most people's signatures are giant walls of gifs which take up half your screen.

I actually didn't know signatures were hard disabled because disabling signatures is the first thing I do on every forum ever. Who wants to read the same dumb pun and link to fanfiction under every post?
