Carl jumped on Destiny’s stream today for an irl event. There’s quite a few comments like this, mixed in with some frustration towards Destiny.

I’d say this was all tongue in check but I suspect he’ll try to leech off of Destiny for some attention because he sees him as a common enemy against Communists.

Destiny has been getting increasingly tired of communists, so that’ll probably be the topic of another discussion between Carl and Steven. Doubtful Carl would ever ‘debate’ again.

I don't know about the other guy, but I used to like him about 5 years ago when it seemed like centrism was the next best step for society. He was also one of the few members of IDW that really understood the threat SJWs posed. Other members like Joe Rogan or Sam Harris clearly didn't assuming they weren't trying to sabotage their friends. To the average, uninvolved person, it's hard to understand how identity politics is insane and to what depth it goes to and he was one of the first to explain the deleterious effects of idpol.

These days, he's pretty fucking blackpilled. He has good reason considering British will has decided to be weak and impotent to their own issues, but watching him on Louis Le Vau's channel, he's forgotten rule 1 of Alinsky when it comes to the Left. They're actually losing influence such as California's recall election, Minneapolis has turned into a meme of deserved lawlessness, Hollywood no longer influences culture by being a giant meme of wokeness, and the FBI trying to take down Antifa in Portland. The last one sounds like the Feds are trying to regain order, but the problem is that the FBI can't take out Antifa/BLM entirely because they need them every few years to attack conservatives trying to retake the city. Since the cities they control are welfare drains, the Dems have to focus on raising taxes, such as the Capital Gains tax that affects any schmuck that made a large scale sale.

Between that and the Lotus Eaters podcast which is FAR from the media organization he was touting, I've lost interest in him.

I'm from the UK. We all talk like that, unfortunately.

I don't agree with him on everything, but what we do have in common is our mutual hatred of the social justice left.

And him going after low-hanging fruit all the time is only a problem if we run out of low-hanging fruit.

You can probably point to many other people who do it far better than he does, but if you can name someone who does so on this much of a regular basis who is also based in the UK (I find other people's coverage of social justice tends to be very America-centric, which Carl might also be, but to a far lesser extent), then I'm open to suggestions on who else to start listening to.
