Why does Carson have 107 hours in a text-based game about a Hungarian 14-year-old girl being raped and impregnated?

I was going to chime in with who cares about a two year age gap, but the game thing is kinda fucked. Do we know how long it is? If that video is the whole game it must really get his motor running to play it over a hundred times.

This part is actually very weird. Like I can't imagine an e-celeb being retarded enough to put this game on their public account. But I also can't think of a legit explanation to have 100 hours in it. At first I thought maybe there was some humor/intrigue in it, like "hey guys look at this crazy horrifying game". Plenty of people have watched Serbian Film for the shock value, and stuff like that. But 100 hours of that? The only legit explanation I can think of is like..... he accidentally left the game open over a weekend lol.

With Steam, you can "disguise" games/applications with games from your library if you delete and replace the files out of the game's folder, the Pregnancy game hours reads as this to me; likely playing on an emulator or something and making it seem like he's playing something stupid from his actual steam library, wouldn't be surprised if it was documented as a bit in some form in one of his/his friends' videos.
