Castlevania Final Season - Discuss - Alucard doesn't get fucked

Thoughts on the final season? I found that the animation took a nosedive in some areas, especially in action sequences but overall it has great animation.

The thing that I didn't liked it was the story: it felt rushed and disjointed, with characters making literally deus ex to appear and resolve previous situations (Issac invading Carmilla, st Germain finding death, Alucard changing his entire arc from previous season, etc.).

Also good thing is that Alucard doesn't get fucked like a bitch or a small cuck. That ruined season 3 to me, totally unnecessary to show a grown ass powerful vampire getting fucked just to shock value. Good thing they realize nobody fucking liked it and didn't do it this season.

Overall a meh ending, especially because it doesn't resolve everything and left a lot of open endings.

Pandemic probably fucked it up.

I only actually watched the first season (when it dropped).

Seemed like it had promise. Sad to hear it took a dive.

But in addition to Netflix just canceling shit because fuck it of course they are, shit's been getting axed and the claim is that the pandemic is responsible.

I for one, will miss the trainwreck that was that Sabrina the Teenage Witch but all grim-dark. So bad. Couldn't stop watching. Would watch a part 5 tomorrow, because I am a whore.

The Castlevania show embodies all the worst traits of American comic books in its writing and is abysmal at being Castlevania (god damn Hellsing is better at being a CV anime than this).

It's a tad more tolerable if you put it in Japanese so you don't have to hear all the f-bombs, but it doesn't change the writing is straight out of some 90's 14 year old athiest edgelord's note book full of pentagrams.

I just can't stress out how bad it was that Alucard got fucked in the final of season 3.

Most people after seeing Alucard being gimped were like "WHY?!" and it shows because in this season (which netflix dumped it all in one day to binge watch like it was trash) there is not even a reference of his rape. The guys who created it burned all their goodwill when they make Alucard a faggot, not to mention making Hector a simp and Issac an edgy nigger.

I'm not gonna lie, I binge watched it last night and every new episode I was like "this is it, this is the one where Alucard gets fucked in the ass again." if you watch a show expecting to see a sneaky rape scene in every episode then is not a really good show.

Only watched the first two seasons and really only enjoyed the first. Curse of Darkness was a guilty pleasure of mine so seeing its characters thoroughly assraped wasn't my favorite thing ever. Not including Grant "because lol" was stupid too. Trevor sitting in a fucking cellar for most of Season 2 was probably my breaking point.

Didn't hear good things about three and mixed things about four. The creator being an edgelord atheist woketard is kind of funny in how blatant he is about it.

Belmont is probably the least developed character making him the best character.

Sypha ends up really fucking bitchy and annoying, always complaining at something.

And at the end there is a plot to resurrect Dracula by fusing his soul with his wife in an hermaphrodite body. That's the troon reference.

God I fucking hate Netflix. At one point I was kinda exited that they might make an DMC series by the same guys since season I enjoyed season 1 and 2 of Castlevania. But now im dreading it thinking they will turn Dante or Lady or Trish into porch monkeys.

Final season was good, though the usual problems lingered like over-verbose philosophising and the fact that eight episodes would've sufficed for this story rendering a couple essentially useless overall. Interested to see where the franchise goes from here on Netflix.
