I once had 3 of his YouTube videos backed up where he was performing his play "Grandmamma Knew What She Was Talking About" live on stage backed up but my computer hard drive corrupted and now Cecil has no videos on his youtube.

I tried contacting Cecil himself via email and phone about the play. No word back from his email, and his phone just plays out a voicemail message. I'll see if I can try to contact him again.

Promoting pseudoscience in a public area without a permit

Is this a specific charge in the Arizona criminal code? Does "promoting pseudoscience" in public places without a permit get you a stiffer penalty than promoting anything else? That seems like a 1st Amendment violation to me.

Cecil was promoting faith healing and the teachings of Kerney Thomas outside of a public area, throwing stuff at random strangers, even going as far as to harm a 60 year old man. He was given a fine of $500 for doing that.
