Funny, when most people lose a large amount of weight they tend to look healthier. Clearer skin, body shape more defined and more agility in motion and breathing.
At this point, we can’t deny the weightloss whether we like it or not. She is “moving” more and faster (relatively). Clearly we see the gunt has deflated a bit, but what about that skin?
Her coloring is worrying. Besides her natural paleness (lack of sun exposure), her bruises seems to cast a dark shadow all over her extremities. Her face is beet red without the technology and face Spackle to mask it. She’s maybe down on the scale but she look sickly now more than before with the extra weight even just a few months ago.
If she is so confident with the weight loss, why are we not hearing about follow ups with a doctor? Her weight was the reason she hated going. With her hot girl summer body on full effect, why not show it off to her doctors so Ozempic can make her a poster child of health?

Maybe it's the angle of the picture, but her body is most unfortunate, even without all the blubber. The too long upper body and tiny stumpy legs even make thin women look weird.

Drugged out Chantal is the most entertaining she has been in my opinion. All of the pearl clutching about her drug use by her “fans is comical . While I agree with everyone that she has most definitely lost weight and looks slimmer...the photo is straight on, which is definitely her "good side".
We need a picture of her side view to get a better idea how much she's really lost. That's always been the view where you can get a feel for just how unfortunate and beachball shaped her body is/used to be.

Has anyone noticed the big open sore on her chin ? Enlarge the picture and you can see it is a sore of some kind. Her having type 2 diabetes this is dangerous having this type of open wounds and not keeping it keep clean. Her legs look terrible as her whole body.

She could loose 300 pounds and her body will still be fucked. You can't just reverse severe organ damage with weight loss. Once your kidneys or heart start failing the tissue damage is irreparable. Also this weight loss isn't healthy. She hasn't made any drastic life changes. There has been no extra exercise, no calorie reduction she still constantly binges on fast food every day then lays down in bed high on drugs. Whatever is causing this massive loss of weight cannot be good. Surprised she hasn't visited the ER about this unexplained weight loss it is literally a sign of cancer.
edit: Also notice how there is no before and after photo. For someone like her who loves eyefucking herself she didn't bother to take photo documentation of her loss. Usually if people are serious about losing weight they document it through taking a before pictures when they begin their diet. It seems she is just as surprised as us about losing 70 pounds randomly. There is no way she wouldn't milk this whole "weight loss journey" thing for all it is worth if she actually planned and intended to lose weight. All of those past bullshit diets that never worked yet here she is high on drugs nearly every day, not dieting or exercising suddenly losing losing weight.
