As many have discussed here previously, her weight loss most likely isn't from the illegal drugs, as the calories she consumes are too high to be the result of suppressed appetite from drugs. The Ozempic injections were at a non-weight loss dose until the last 3 (?) doses, which doesn't account for the weight loss either. Even at the weight loss dose, the loss is over a year and between 12 - 15% of total body weight, all of her weight loss has happened in less than 3 months. That leaves just one issue that could cause the weight loss, and that's medical. Cancer, liver failure, etc. That's the first place Chinny is fucked.
The second place she's fucked is that she's trying to move in with Dom, and at the same time get rid of Peetz. Chinny is going to need some full time care when they figure out what she has, and Dom is just not the candidate to play nurse for Chinny. Peetz has already done nursemaid duty for Chinny by cleaning out the cyst on her back. (Pretty sure he also helped wiped her ass when she was bigger.)

That’s because going down to n pounds will not magically make you look like someone who went up to n pounds. Someone who went from 200 lbs to 300 lbs will look skinnier than someone who went from 400 lbs to 300 lbs. One, because you lose fat from random places, so you may, for example, have skinny legs and a huge gut or vice versa. Two, your skin doesn’t have the same structural integrity to hold onto your fat, thus making it hang lower and be looser. If Chantal magically woke up 120 lbs tomorrow, she’d still look like shit.
