I call BS.
BS & lies.
Chantal has high triglycerides, & she must have high blood pressure, & now has high blood sugar, & too much fat around the waist (that is what causes a lot of this) & the doctor's big idea is to put her on Lexapro?
Where do she & Amber find these quacks?
At a minimum, the doctor would prescribe a cholesterol drug. Pre-diabetic & high LDL & no meds? C'mon.
And pre-diabetic, yet telling her fruit is OK? Sugar filled fruit. Sure Jan.
Telling Chantal to eat "whole foods" in her head translates into a 'whole' Whopper. Who is she kidding?
Either she is leaving out the medications prescribed (which is fine, if she only said she wished to keep it private) & in denial of how serious her tests were, or it's all a lie.
No competent doctor can see a 400 pound whale who is pre diabetic, with high LDL & BP, who mainly sits in her car, then tells her to eat 'whole foods.'

I expect excuses & weight gain for Spring. Just like always.
Chantal lies.

The doctor is getting the version as presented by Chantal. So, yeah, lies and half truths. I'm sure in her version life is a horrible struggle with depression and unfair treatment. That she has tried every diet and is going to the gym, but nothing works. I'm sure her doctor has seen Chantal types before. Enough to know that there isn't a whole lot you can do with them, but yet they still have to do their job. So Lexapro and a referral it is. However, the doctors arent getting the Chantal that she presents to the world. Her manic behaviors, her mean spitefulness, her impulse and indecision. This should be interesting. Maybe she will follow in Big AL's footsteps and gain another 60 lbs.

Cholesterol drugs are serious shit. A doctor is not going to prescribe those the very first time he sees her cholesterol is high. He'd want to monitor Chantal for a while, see if she can get her cholesterol down on her own (:optimistic:)

Those drugs just have way too many fucking side effects and she's young. I can imagine a doctor being cautious there.
If her only problem was high LDL then I'd agree, however a 6.5 A1C, high BP & the fact that she's 400 pounds points to more intervention. She won't be able to lower it or prevent diabetes by her diet -look at her. 10mg (pretty minimum) of a cholesterol drug could bring that LDL number down.
What does the doctor wish to monitor? More weight gain? This is why he ordered the blood tests -the results tell him what Chantal won't. She is a walking time bomb, at 35 or not.
To me, Lexapro is more risky than lowering her LDL number.

But, who knows the real truth? Not us. Chantal's version & the truth may be far apart. I don't believe 95% of things she says. We'll see the results ourselves. I'm interested to see what she considers 'whole foods.' Arby's sure won't qualify. If she's serious about her health, we should see her dropping some weight soon. Or, she will use the Amber Lexapro excuses & gain more.
Was this a wake up call? To most people, yes. But this is Chantal we're talking about -the expert on everything.

I'm no expert so I can't comment on the meds she was prescribed, but what physician looks at a pre-diabetic 400 pound woman with high cholesterol and trusts her enough to just eat "whole foods" after she told him about her binging??? Which is not the only reason for her weight, she's obviously a huge glutton too. She wouldn't be as heavy as she is if she ever managed to actually stick to a diet. Again, lies, all lies.

Her car needs work already, go figure. Timing belt issues are not necessarily an "easy fix" like she's talking about. She probably paid about $4-6K for that car and she'd going to need to put about 2K-3K into it just to keep it running over the next couple years. I'd assume that the brakes, tires, and suspension are all in need of replacement at the usual 80-100K mile mark. That is also usually the time when the water pump, serpentine belt and thermometer will need to be serviced as well.

Far from a car expert but as someone that has owned one past 100K miles that's the sort of maintenance that you can expect.

@Lisa Anna you think peetz will shove the suppository up her ass?

Yeah, her spiel about her health yesterday raised so many questions the bit about the car seemed to slip past mostly unnoticed.

I still can't figure out what is going on. She claims she sold her last car, which she was still upside-down on. What happened to the money she owed on it? Did somebody pay it? Where did she get the money for this car? A 2016 vehicle is unlikely to already have 100K miles on it (but not impossible); 45k-60K would be considered "normal usage" assuming it was originally sold in 2015. If she has more miles on it than that, then the last owner drove the thing into the ground. KIAs are not known for reliability; I wouldn't pay much more than $2K for one with over 80k miles on it, if that. Actually, I wouldn't recommend buying a KIA at all.

She makes it sound like she bought it from a dealer, but a dealer would not let a car be sold with a check engine light on. They would fix it first. So, as usual, she is lying about multiple things in regards to her stupid car. I am happy it is giving her trouble though. It seems to me she would have been far better off keeping her old Toyota and just fixing what was wrong with it (even a rebuilt engine would probably be cheaper than buying a new used car with a check engine light on)

Fixing a timing belt usually means taking the engine out. That costs money.

Pretty much. I find it hilarious that both AL/Necky and Chantal both bought cars that were likely fleet vehicles. They fall for every diet "shortcut" and think they can easy life it to 200lbs of weight loss so why wouldn't they think a car that is only 3 years old and costs $6K or so a great deal? Nothing is ever "too good to be true" to these fools and their understanding of almost everything is wading pool shallow.

This all assumes she actually went to a doctor, which I'm highly suspicious of...

keto would actually hold her accountable even if she lied to the camera. if she somehow managed to eat clean for a few days to reach keto flu and pushed through it, she would then have to be super strict about her carb intake or she'd be back to where she started and had to deal with the flu again. you have to be in ketosis for like 5 months at least before the whole transition process becomes quicker and before you can safely up the carbs by 10-20g. there is no way she has the willpower or dedication to do this. this is chantal we're talking about.

it was probably just a routine blood work and they gave her a quick summary of what's good and bad and some tips. she then proceeded to do her own "research" at home and made up more bullshit like always. let's not forget that she detoxed for less so if it were something serious she'd be detoxing again.

summer is fast approaching so she has to do something fast if she wants to buy those cute dresses and parade in them around town like she planned at the start of the year. then there's also her trip to jamaica and her plan to only occupy a single airplane seat.

This video is more clips from yesterday. Strangely at 1:15 she claims she went to the gym. In her other video from yesterday she claims she took the day off from the gym. So it looks like another lie. She also clearly doesn't feel well, is tired, and complaining while waiting outside the doctor's office. Obviously feeling those things after taking the SSRI had nothing to do with the pill.

In this video she admits her blood pressure "was a little high." She conveniently left that out completely in yesterday's video where she talked about the other test results. She mentions being worried about HIDDEN FATS in going out to eat pizza weekly with Peetz.

Lol at when she says "I'm a hamster in a wheel at this point" No, fatso, if you were a hamster in a wheel, you'd lose weight. You are more like a turtle on its back, or a pig in a poke or something....
