Out of anybody that can be considered a lolcow or person of interest here, this is a marginally more successful story. Her website lists her as a writer, an actress, and a video blogger. This is Franchesca Ramsey.

Arguably her biggest achievement is when she got a spot on the now-defunct Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore as a correspondent in a segment of the show called "#HashItOut" where she'd talk about internet stuff basically.

But why could Franchesca be a lolcow if she's made it onto TV? There are three big things I'll cover.
1) Twitter slapfights and drama
2) Her SJW viewpoints
3) TV Ratings flopping, promptly losing her job shortly after gaining it

One of her biggest beefs is with youtuber Sargon of Akkad (aka Carl Benjamin) He has gained notoriety over the years for his anti-feminist and anti-SJW stances. Regardless of the merit of any of Mr. Benjamin's positions though, Chesca immediately jumped into action to shut him down.

I've heard of of this girl (can't even call her a woman since she seems to act out as a teenager raised be tumblr) originally on Larry's show on Comedy Central--which I liked some of his segments.

I heard more about her through YouTuber Chris Ray Gun's criticism on modern MTV, including MTV Decoded. She definitely came off as rude, especially when a scuffle between her and Sargon of Akkad over on twitter. The gall she has is undeniable, for sure. I wouldn't be surprised if she echoed typical "feminist" buzzwords and phrases.

The only advantage that Green has over Franny is that she puts her huge melons front and center....but it's offset by her shrill voice, goofy face, and her constant Joker-like grin.

Yes, it's also infuriating to watch, as someone who works with historical linguistics and language movement. It demonstrates a fundamental lack of knowledge on how human language works.
