Two shows that would normally be fever dreams if it weren't for the fact I watched them near-religiously as a kid would be Archie's Weird Mysteries and Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century.

Was there an entire series based off of "Duck Dodgers" (in the 24th 1/2 century) - that Buck Rogers parody in Looney Tunes?

I've got quite a few.

Wimzie's House. I remember seeing it as a kid, but it's forgettable.

Ants in Your Pants. Similar to Wimzie's House. I still remember that weird "Backwards Land" music video from it though. It's not bad.

Wee 3. Canada's version of Teletubbies. Sometimes wish I forgot it existed.

Nanalan. I forgot this show existed until somebody posted that peepo video on tumblr. Can't believe the people behind it went on to make the horrifying Mr. Meaty.

Crazy Quilt. This one was interesting, since it encourages kids to get creative when they do crafts. Forgettable though.

Monster by Mistake. The CG in that show has aged horribly Jesus. Being a weird kid, I liked it because it was haha funny.

Jane and the Dragon. It was pretty well received for it's time, but I think the CG aged pretty badly (it looks a bit weird for 2005 standards). I barely even remembered it for a good amount of time.

Chip and Orbit. I forgot about this show for so many years, and I think I know why. It's nothing special.

Angela Anaconda. Two words: fucking ugly.

Uh Oh! A forgettable game show for kids. I'd probably watch it today for nostalgia purposes since I'm a fan of Wipeout.

Stickin' Around. Not much to write home about this one, but I thought it was good as a kid. Simple character designs (they're literal stickmen), but it had some charm to it.

Alright, this one is the kicker, because it turned into my freaking guilty pleasure:
Butt-Ugly Martians. The animation is crap, the show's pacing is all over the place and the characters have no development beyond a carton of expired milk, but for some reason I found myself drawn to it as an adult after forgetting about it. I understand why people hate it and I get it, it's not a masterpiece and there were better CG shows around at the time (Hell, I liked Jimmy Neutron and that one still holds up today). I don't watch it much nowadays, but there's always a time to enjoy some dumb cartoons. If you dislike it, that's perfectly fine. I won't jump you for it, because people should be allowed to dislike what they want.

I think I remember this, or at least waiting for it to be over so I could watch Arthur or Zoboomafoo. Speaking of Arthur, if I remember correctly, this show shared some of the voice actors.

I loved the Fox Box as a kid, but there were a bunch of shows that either didn't age well or weren't very good.

Cubix: Robots for Everyone had great robot designs, but the CGI and human models especially didn't age well at all.

Funky Cops was a show that I'm amazed got greenlit for a Saturday Morning Kids block. Apparently, it lasted longer in the UK.

Fighting Foodons was so hilariously stupid in retrospect, but as a kid I ate (no pun intended) that shit up.

The Cramp Twins may very well be the grossest kid's cartoon I've ever seen.

The F-Zero anime, called GP Legend here in the states. F-Zero doesn't have much of a story, but I found the dub to be a major letdown (and it only aired like 12 episodes out of 52). I don't really think the original is all that much worth watching either, save for the 2008 meme of the year Falcon Punch ending.

Then there were boring filler shows I never watched, like the Back to the Future Cartoon (itself like 10-15 years old when it was airing on the Fox Box), an Ultraman show, and a Stargate Cartoon.

Also I absolutely loved Ghost Writer as a kid, though I can recall almost nothing of it as an adult.
When it originally ran, someone I was acquainted with claimed her daughter had unsuccessfully auditioned for the role of Gabby, but I have no idea how true that was.

The only episode arc I still remember was apparently the pilot episode that featured a cult-like gamer club that used the acronym THABTO (two heads are better than one) to refer to themselves.

I vaguely recall seeing this toon from the early '90s about Bob Saget (?) as a kid who'd ride a bike (or trike?). I think it was called "Bobby's World"? The mom would always end lines with "don'tcha know".
A classmate used to do a decent impression of Bobby's voice -- usually at the most inopportune or inappropriate times.

Although I don't think I ever watched a full episode (it usually aired after whatever I'd watch) I vaguely remember the opening of a Spanish/English bilingual show titled Villa Alegre.

When I was a kid there was this Anglo-Canadian cartoon called Captain Star. Basically it's this Star Trek style captain who's so good at his job high command send him to the edge of the universe and tell him to await further orders. The show had a pretty bleak feel as the crew (who don't particularly care for one another despite working together for years) sit around waiting for orders that will never come. It also starred either Richard E. or Hugh Grant and Adrian Edmonson:

I used to have a VHS tape for a bunch of Archie shorts when I was a kid, and I vividly remember there being an animation error where two of the same character appear on screen. I don't know where it is, and I'm wondering if anybody else is aware of the tape's existence besides my own copy.

Here's some "fever dream" childhood shows I can recall sorta. Most of them I've mentioned before, but still.

Rotten Ralph
Flying Rhino Junior High
The Birdz
The Three Friends & Jerry
Freaky Stories
Angela Anaconda
Mega Babies
Action Man
Archie's Weird Mysteries
Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century
Escaflowne
Monster Rancher
Weird Ohs!
Mon Colle Knights
Histeria!
Generation O
Shaman King
Allegra's Window
Braceface
What's With Andy?
Kratt's Creatures
Zoboomafoo
Boneheads: Detectives of the Paleo World
Prehistoric Planet

I'm wondering if we can also include movies in this as well?

Anti-Barney humor, that brings back memories.

I remember hearing songs about killing Barney at the playground in elementary school. Later, in middle school, one bullying method I was subjected to was that they told me I love Barney. Yeah, for the very idea of liking him used to bully people tells you just how low people's opinion on him was among teenagers.
