Does Chris vote on Election Day?
I remember reading that he said he voted for Obama, but coming from Chris, that could mean that he simply wanted Obama to win and would have voted for him if he had bothered to drag his ass down to the polling place. Unless the polling place just happened to be at Mc Donald's, he might have been too lazy to go and stand in line.
Could he have done it absentee? Maybe, but he would have had to stop playing video games long enough to fill out the application for the absentee ballot, and then likewise to fill out the ballot itself, and I wonder if he has the initiative to do even that much, and that's if he even qualifies for an absentee ballot at all under Virginia law. Does he?
Does he vote in state or local elections, or in primaries? Does he even know that they happen?
Is he even registered to vote? He might not be able to summon the energy to do it, or might not know how. But if Virginia has a "motor voter" law, they could do it for him when he renews his driver's license. That's far and away the most likely way he registered, if he is.
Speaking of registration, do you think he registered for the Selective Service as required? Not that the army would take him, of course.
