Does Chris vote on Election Day?
I remember reading that he said he voted for Obama, but coming from Chris, that could mean that he simply wanted Obama to win and would have voted for him if he had bothered to drag his ass down to the polling place. Unless the polling place just happened to be at Mc Donald's, he might have been too lazy to go and stand in line.
Could he have done it absentee? Maybe, but he would have had to stop playing video games long enough to fill out the application for the absentee ballot, and then likewise to fill out the ballot itself, and I wonder if he has the initiative to do even that much, and that's if he even qualifies for an absentee ballot at all under Virginia law. Does he?
Does he vote in state or local elections, or in primaries? Does he even know that they happen?
Is he even registered to vote? He might not be able to summon the energy to do it, or might not know how. But if Virginia has a "motor voter" law, they could do it for him when he renews his driver's license. That's far and away the most likely way he registered, if he is.
Speaking of registration, do you think he registered for the Selective Service as required? Not that the army would take him, of course.

Chris supported Obama because his dad watched Fox News and they bitched about Obombya increasing tugboats.

He has neither the attention span or the education to afford an informed opinion.
He either rented or bought cheap documentaries on PSN. He voted for Obama because he felt he could relate to him more.

At first it seems sort of unreasonable to imagine that Chris may not really understand how elections work, and that "Voting" for someone simply means publicly voicing your support. But it seems a little less ridiculous when you consider that he doesn't understand things like the relationship between taxes and government funded programs, AND that for at least a while he seemed to think that all you had to do to make someone aware of a Youtube video was name drop them in it.
