Long, long ago, back during a simpler, happier [for some] time, Chris used to be a big follower of God. Chris may not have understood what he was or what he stood for, but he certainly liked to let people know he was a believer...

And yet, nowadays, after a number of traumatizing years, Chris finally gave up on God. Never did I expect to see such a thing happen in Chris's life.

I remember a long time ago making a topic about Chris and God, and how I felt that at some point, he might just give up on him due to how God constantly failed to keep his "Promises". I think quite a few people in that topic said that he wouldn't abandon God so easily, despite all that happened.. And now, a year or so later, what was once just a thought became a reality. It baffles me.

I wonder how everyone else felt about Chris's abandonment of God? When I first heard of it, it was quite a fascinating discovery... But at the same time, I kinda felt that it was bound to happen. When you spent most of your life thinking that God was going to give you a wonderful life on a silver platter, only to get a pile to shit on a pile of shit, you are bound to turn into a very bitter person who would soon lose faith in the man in the sky.

Did anyone else think this was bound to happen at some point? Or were they as surprised as I was?
