I'm so sorry, I've been lurking on here for quite sometime and I wanted to make this post. I'm sorry if I did this incorrect or if it's in the wrong Forum. I'm new to this and I'm probably one of the younger people that looks down on Chris-chan...I'm so sorry if a thread was already made about this

Anyways, I always wondered about this. Does Chris talk to his neighbors? I don't recall ever seeing them in a video. Do they know who Chris is or anything of the sort? I'm a bit interested in them as they've experienced many things living nearby his house, I would assume.
