I was reading Mary Lee Walsh's page on th CWcwiki and it said after Chris was called into her office he want into tard rage and attcked her.

I am wondering what is meant by attack? Did he get phyiscial or just scream a lot?

No one quite knows the specifics, but it had to be pretty bad to net a year's suspension and anger management. The most Chris has admitted to doing was a curse-ye-ha-me-ha.

To the best of my knowledge it was just the curse-ye-ha-me-ha.

Thing is, we all know what a curse-ye-ha-me-ha is, and find it amusing. But just imagine that you're alone in an office with an overweight manchild who's talking to an invisible entity, then he stands up and starts screaming gibberish whilst thrusting his hands towards you. That would be kind of scary, or at the very least downright disturbing.

If he physically struck her, I doubt there's any way Chris would have escaped expulsion. Actual violence on a faculty member would override any tard sympathy or lawsuit panic that might otherwise save Chris's ass. So I'm inclined to think Chris was very vocal, and possibly flailed around in an erratic and threatening manner... but no, I don't think he actually hit her.

Chris had a pretend conversation with an imaginary Sonichu. When that didn't convince Mary Lee Walsh that he should totally and openly look for sweethearts on campus is when Chris probably got pissed. He yelled, maybe cussed, and definitely threw a Curse-ye-ha-me-ha at her. Between that and the Sonichu conversation easily convinced her that Chris is not exactly sane, and that he very much wanted to attack her and anyone else he became angry with.

Thus Chris was suspended for a year with mandatory counselling and angry management, and Bob couldn't get away with suing PVCC (though even if he did it'd still be the same result as Greene County).

Because the Chandlers have a history of wielding the threat of a lawsuit like a scrawny kid trying to swing a sledgehammer; sure, they're persistent, and occasionally, they'll hit something, but most of the time, they can't even get it off the ground.

In order, they have sued the Boy Scout troop; Greene County Board of Education; that Chinese place they were at before Barb was diagnosed with colitis; and likely a few more we don't know about. Not to mention whatever happened to compel Chesterfield County's schools to pass Chris along regardless of aptitude.

The threat of a Chandler lawsuit greatly diminished, it seems, after the Greene County suit was thrown out.

Chris "attacked" Mary Lee Walsh in the same way he "attacks" the trolls, he yells and screams and throws around Curse-Ye-Ha-Me-Has. If Chris did physically assault her, he would have been expelled, arrested and possibly in jail. Also Chris's parents didn't try suing PVCC or Mary Lee Walsh, probably because they knew that Chris was entirely in the wrong and there would be no case, like how they didn't sue Target for Chris loitering and soliciting sex. It's not like the boy scouts or Nathaniel Greene Elementary where they had a possible albeit slim case of discrimination.

It was Chris verbally "attacking" her with his insanity

I doubt that it would work out. The fates would not allow it. The chandler family jalopy only seems to be deadly when the driver(s) are trying to AVOID hitting someone...

Because Chris isn't a murderous psychopath. He's too much of a coward to do anything direct like that.

Also the 2011 incident was less Chris wanting to murder/main Snyder right then and there and more a direct result of Chris' usual incompetence, panicked fleeing from trouble, and Barb likely adding to his panic by yelling at him to get them to fuck outta there.

I think this was most likely what happened and it reminds me of the first video he posted on youtube right after he found the ED page. Remember how he thought the page was due to a misunderstanding and he ended up digging himself deeper when he tried to explain himself and came off sounding like a creepy sex offender/stalker/potential rapist.

I imagine he thought MLW misunderstood what he was doing and then "helpfully" explained himself, came off as creepy, MLW called him out on his idiocy/creepiness, and it then escalated from there until Chris tard raged.

Yeah the only time anyone has ever been hit was because Michael Snyder was trying to stop Chris from fleeing the scene so that the police could take care of Chris when they arrived.

Yeah, this is all it was.

Remember that phone call with Liquid, the one where Chris's voice is getting more and more wavery until finally he explodes into a screaming bout where he shouts down Liquid about how he will go to jail and such? I imagine that's what happened in MLW's office. When stressed to the brink, occasionally Chris can just flip out and rage loudly.

To be honest, if a garish, corpulent, feeble minded maniac leaped up at her, shoved his hands in her face and started shrieking in clear aggression, her reaction of suspension for attacking her is perfectly natural.

It may not be "technically physical" but remember, Chris is a certified tardwhale, while MLW seems to be a rather small old lady (or a rather small hawt blonde with awesome TNA depending on who you ask), so she had every right to feel threatened when he went into his rage state
