Gents I have a theory. This subject has probably been talked about a shit ton. For all i know this has been probably been discused already yet still id like your thoughts in case it has not.
Chris as we knew him was a god loving gay basher. He hated gays and everything else. Yet now he is one? Why did he become what he hates? What could have done this? What event could have crushed his psyche to the extent to bring about this change?
I think Mr Chandler finally realised deep in his subconscious that he will never get a girl. No matter what he dose his past acts which are publicly visible are so defaming to his character as to turn most if not all girls away. So I think Chris became what he wanted. He became his own heartsweet in a twisted reflection of the unfufilled wishes of his psyche.

Furthermore it could be inferred that Chris chose his alternative lifestyle to finally be accepted by a group. With the sjw lgtbq 50 gender bullshit now going on.
